Disfrutamos mucho de todos los alojamientos en los que nos hospedamos. Había una gran variedad, desde opciones más sencillas hasta otras más confortables, y precisamente esa diversidad fue parte de lo que hizo el viaje tan especial para nosotros.

Atravesamos muchos pueblos llenos de encanto, cada uno con su propia personalidad. Además, disfrutamos de la naturaleza y los paisajes rurales que nos permitieron conocer de cerca el carácter de la región.

We were unsure exactly what to expect with the level of difficulty as this was the first time we did a trek with S-cape. The rating of 3 stars for difficulty seemed appropriate for this route. I would suggest not lowering the rating in the future and would possibly suggest a rating of 3.5 stars for difficulty.

There was no aspect of the trip that didn't meet expectations. With travel to a new place, there are always bumps in the road; however, we didn't have any bumps big enough that were major. The trip was really fantastic. All the accommodations were lovely, the food was very tasty and filling, and the routes had a great mix of sights to see and physical challenges.

No teníamos muy claro qué esperar en cuanto al nivel de dificultad, ya que era la primera vez que hacíamos un trekking con S-Cape. Consideramos que la valoración de 3 estrellas refleja bien la exigencia de este recorrido. De hecho, no recomendaríamos reducirla y quizá incluso podría acercarse a las 3,5 estrellas.

No hubo ningún aspecto del viaje que no cumpliera nuestras expectativas. Cuando se viaja a un destino nuevo siempre pueden surgir pequeños contratiempos, pero en nuestro caso ninguno fue realmente importante. Además, nos pareció que la relación calidad-precio era perfecta: en ningún momento sentimos que hubiéramos pagado de más ni tampoco que el viaje ofreciera menos de lo que esperábamos.

Un viaje muy guapo. Todos los alojamientos fueron muy agradables, la comida deliciosa y abundante, y las rutas combinaban perfectamente lugares interesantes para descubrir con el nivel de exigencia de una ruta de senderesimo.

Grazalema and its accommodation were really nice. Montejaque was a really nice town and the owners of the hotel were super nice. Despite a plumbing issue that limited the menu at the restaurant, the food was really good.

I think we overestimated the distances - 60 km per day on various types of routes took us longer than we expected - we now know for next time!

We especially enjoyed our stay at Hotel Los Olivos, in Arcos de la Frontera. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us carry the bikes down/up the stairs inside. They also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. We really liked the cycling paths outside Jerez and the beautiful cycling trip around the reservoir on the circular route from Arcos de la Frontera.

Tips for future cyclists: 1. fully charge your bike every night! 2. Start your cycling around 8:30 as the traffic is quiet 3. Spain "wakes up" late, shops open late so buy your food/drink supplies the night before you hop on the bike.

Sobreestimamos las distancias. Unos 60 km al día por distintos tipos de terreno nos llevó más tiempo del que habíamos previsto. Ahora ya lo sabemos para la próxima vez.

Disfrutamos especialmente de nuestra estancia en el Hotel Los Olivos, en Arcos de la Frontera. El personal fue muy amable. Nos ayudaron a subir y bajar las bicicletas por las escaleras del hotel y también nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones de restaurantes. Nos gustaron mucho los carriles bici a las afueras de Jerez y el recorrido circular alrededor del embalse desde Arcos de la Frontera.

Consejos para futuros ciclistas: 1) cargar completamente la batería de la bici cada noche; 2) empezar a pedalear sobre las 8:30, cuando todavía hay poco  tráfico y 3) tener en cuenta que muchas tiendas abren más tarde, por lo que conviene comprar comida y bebida la tarde anterior.

Trip notes and prep were excellent and it was very well organized.
The trail was well marked but several sections ( notably above Magouliana) were overgrown and very confusing. The trail could use some trimming…I was tired of getting hung up on overhanging prickly oak branches.
Water quality at all accommodations was excellent.
Your suggestions for arriving and leaving were very good.

La información práctica y la documentación previa al viaje fueron excelentes, y toda la organización estuvo muy bien gestionada.

La rura estaba bien señalizada, aunque algunos tramos, especialmente en la zona de Magouliana, estaban bastante cubiertos de vegetación y resultaban algo confusos. En esos puntos, algo más de mantenimiento y poda sería de ayuda, ya que en ocasiones las ramas bajas dificultaban el paso.

La calidad del agua en todos los alojamientos fue excelente. También nos parecieron muy acertadas las recomendaciones para la llegada y el regreso, que hicieron que la logística del viaje resultara sencilla.

The Vegabano hut was delightful and the food there, terrific.
We loved it all really - the open mounbtain, the beech woods. All very beautiful.

We were really impressed with your organisation and the speed with which you sorted the taxi from Cangas on day 2. It's great to have people who actually answer the phone.
The app and the GPS mapping was excellent. I think thjis is a really good operation.

En refugio de Vegabaño nos encantó, y la comida que sirven allí fue excelente. La verdad es que nos gustó todo: las zonas de alta montaña, los hayedos... Todo era precioso.

Nos impresionó mucho vuestra organización y la rapidez con la que gestionasteis el taxi desde Cangas el segundo día. Da mucha tranquilidad saber que hay alguien al otro lado del teléfono cuando lo necesitas.

La aplicación y la navegación GPS funcionaron de maravilla. Creemos que tenéis una organización realmente excelente.
